recently my wife and I moved. We lived in an area that only had cable, no DSL. It was a rental so no direct TV. We had no choice just one company, Cable Vision! It is poor quality but better then nothing. It is frequently out and the information is unavailable on a nightly basis. I could deal with that for the Internet was fast. However after the move they informed us it would be a week to get to our new home. That sat between 5 and 8 at night they would be there. So from 5 to 8 we sat on the front step to wait! No one came so we called. The office said they were there at 10 that morning. Which was also not true because I had been home all day. I am accustomed to NY companies changing plans and not calling! The lady on the phone actually told us to “F*** Off” and didn’t put in a request for Sunday like she said she had. So Sunday after waiting most of the day we call again. And find that out. A different lady said the same thing “f*** Off” I am at a loss here, how can any company allow such abuse by there employees. BECAUSE WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE IT!
